What I Learned from My Linux Experience This Week

Discoveries from My Recent Linux Exploration

Updated

this week i did something cool in my suse linux, using kvm i installed ubuntu server
and used ubuntu pro also it's totally free for developers, just go to ubuntu website and grab the pro key
before that i tried red hat also it's also free for developers, just google red hat developer, create an id, and boom you get red hat free. no need to use centos anymore
after setup i used ssh to connect from my suse terminal to ubuntu and red hat servers,
and man it feels so good — running multiple systems using ssh, all local, no cloud used.
this setup is for learning and breaking things
you don’t need cloud in early stage, just run your own infra locally and explore real stuff
bonus tip
you can access ubuntu server using Ubuntu Landscape
and red hat using Cockpit
also, Cockpit works in Ubuntu too just need to install it manually search on google or ask ChatGPT
anyone learning linux just try this setup once. totally worth it
